1. Use text, links, photos, and videos in your posts. Diversity of content increases reach and user engagement.

2. Use the 80/20 rule: 80% of updates should provide valuable information first of all to the fans, and 20% may be promotions or be of interest to the brand itself in the first place.

3. Publish as a friend, not as a brand: normal human language gives a greater response. Press release-style writing destroys the potential for relationship building.

4. Respond to fans when they comment on updates. This encourages fans to comment more and increases the overall number of interactions.

5. Stop automatic cross-posting of news or stocks to other social networks. Each social. the web is its own platform. Treat her appropriately.

6. Celebrate your milestones. People love numbers and they love the holidays. Share with your fans the joyous moments when your page reached 5,000 subscribers or when your post first got 100 likes.

7. Trending News: Post new products, discounts, survey results on your site, etc. If users know that your corporate account is the most relevant source of certain news, they will come back to it again.

8. Press the “Like” button on other pages on behalf of yours. Find pages that are relevant to your business. Mention and promote these pages to encourage partnerships.

9. Talk about some social media facts, mentioning them with your brand, or communicate facts about your brand related to social media.

10. Use short statuses, because they are better perceived by users. Whenever possible, use no more than 10 words.
